You'll have access to the two houses. The house on the first floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room. 2 bedrooms have a king bed and 1 room has 2 twin beds the room is open to the great room, perfect for kids. The house on the second floor has 2 bedrooms, a bar, bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room. Plus access to the rooftop.
Good to know
Just a friendly reminder, the water is not potable in Mexico. But that’s in every town in Mexico, not exclusive to Ajijic. I provide standard cooking utensils, and you provide all the food you want to cook. There’s a convenience store just a few feet away with most things you’ll need, including milk, bread, oil, coffee, water, veggies, etc. New water heater installed in June 2026.
